Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 3 September 2026 · TJ NOVA LTD

SWARM does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data. There is no account, no sign-up and no analytics. This policy explains exactly what happens to information while you play.

What is stored on your device

The game keeps your progress in your device's local storage: coins, permanent upgrades, records, achievements and your settings (language, sound, volume, vibration, screen shake, damage numbers). This never leaves your device. Deleting the app, or using Reset all progress under Me, erases it permanently.

What we receive

Nothing. The mobile app contains the entire game, including its fonts, and makes no network requests while you play. There is no server that receives your scores, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier and no third-party software development kit of any kind inside the app.

The website version

SWARM is also playable at swarm.tjnovaltd.com. Serving that page requires our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to process ordinary connection data such as your IP address in order to deliver the files to your browser. Cloudflare acts as our processor for that purpose. We do not run analytics, cookies or trackers on the site, and the game itself behaves identically to the app.

Sharing your result

If you tap Share after a run, your device's own share sheet opens with a short line of text containing your time, kills and level. Nothing is sent anywhere until you choose an app to send it to, and we never see it.

Children

SWARM is suitable for a general audience and contains no realistic violence, no chat, no user-generated content, no purchases and no external links inside gameplay. Because we collect no personal data at all, we do not knowingly or unknowingly process data from children.

Your rights

Controller: TJ NOVA LTD, 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, [email protected]. Because we hold no personal data about you, requests for access, correction or erasure are satisfied by clearing the game's storage on your device. If you are in the United Kingdom you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office; in the European Union, to your national supervisory authority.

Changes

If this policy changes we will publish the new version on this page and raise the version number above. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
